Piano Recital
On Saturday 11th May, Sam Haywood, a parent at the school performed a 'Piano Recital' at the Memorial Hall to raise funds for the school. Lots of people from the village attended and we have had amazing feedback. We would like to thank Sam and his wife Sophia for arranging the event and for raising £700 for the school.
Plaxtol Primary School is very proud to be part of the community and at the heart of our Parish.
We welcome members of the Parish to school at a variety of events, including coffee and cake with the elderly, our Christmas and Summer fairs, Harvest Festival, special assemblies and awards ceremonies.
Harvest Festival
This year we collected food at our Harvest Festival and donated it to St John's Food Bank in Hildenborough.
Plaxtol 'Stay & Share' Sessions
Miss Cleisham organsies the 'Stay and Share' sessions with Rabbit Class . This is when elderly members of our village and surrounding areas come and complete play-based activities with our Reception Class children.
