Otter Class

School Directed Learning will be set via Tapesty each Friday

https://tapestryjournal.com/

Welcome to Otter Class!

We are Years 3 and 4 and our teachers are Miss Elliman (Mon-Thurs) and Mrs Rowley (Fridays).

Our teaching assistant is Miss Turner :)

As we are not currently doing our 'Operation Celebration' times tables tests, I thought I should add some Times Table games to keep you all busy :)

Maths Workout

Fancy a maths workout? Get those maths brain juices flowing.... yucky but cool

Year 3 Expected Booklet

This is a complete set of questions from the curriculum for year 3. It is a handy guide for revision, showing expected standards and to practice concepts covered at the beginning of the year. It can also be useful for year 4 to complete as a base point and revision.

Bubble maths

These quick fire bubble maths are a useful revision tool, they also allow children to explore aspects of new learning and practice their new subject knowledge

                                                          Reading

Children were all able to take books home with them before the school was shut, however I have included a few links below where children can access books at home.

Science - State of Matter Knowledge Organiser

Roman Knowledge Organsier

Our Roman Knowledge Organiser contains lots of key information to help us in our topic for Autumn term. Have a look and see what is included! Perhaps it will help with homework! :)
Home-school contact books

Please initial daily to confirm that your child has read to an adult. There is also space for any comments about their reading, or anything else you wish to raise. Please make a note in the book if your child is going home with someone else. Please send all letters/money in clearly labelled envelopes.

Snacks

KS2 pupils may bring a healthy snack into school each day for break time. Please ensure this does not contain nuts as we are a nut-free school.

Have you seen the Kids’ Zone? Play games and visit some cool websites. You can vote for your favourites.
