PSA meetings
Dates for PSA meetings are advertised in the School newsletter; via Class Representatives; and on the PSA Facebook page. Please come along to support us if you can - everyone is welcome!
As a charity, the PSA is legally required to have trustees with legal responsibility for the charity's budget and to ensure that decisions are made in line with the charity's constitution. These currently comprise of the chair, treasurer, secretary, and two committee officers – all of whom are trustees.
Decisions about how PSA money is spent are usually made at regular PSA meetings. Requests from the School for funding come to the PSA trustees, via the headteacher, and are discussed by all those at the PSA meetings to ensure they fulfil the purpose of the charity.
